Paper Introduction: In today’s social and economic climate, a dramatic increase in the number of families in which both parents and partners work outside of the home has been observed (Baron & Byrne, 2000). A major task for both partners is developing appropriate strategies for coping with the often conflicting demands of work, parenting, and a romantic relationship.
